Stop Letting Liberals Run Texas
Despite Republican majorities in Texas, Speaker of the House Dade Phelan continues to appoint Beto-style liberals to committee chairmanships. Even worse our current elected officals are too scared to stand up to him and make him stop.
Speaker Phelan shot down an amendment to end the appointment of Democrat Chairs. Ten legislators were needed to overturn Phelan's ruling on the amendment. Only six Republicans were brave enough to stand up to Phelan's ruling, the othe eighty fell in line with Phelan's Democrat Chairs.
Why are we voting for so-called "conservatives" who continue to cave to liberals the moment they get into office?
These liberal committee chairs will kill legislation like school choice and ending child genital mutiliation.
