Nevada: Urge Assembly Member to Oppose AB 291 Concurrence

NRA State and Local

On May 31st, the Nevada Senate voted to pass AB 291 with “red flag” language as amended by the Senate Judiciary Committee, to allow for the seizure of firearms without due process.  AB 291 will now head back to the Assembly for concurrence.  During this session, the Assembly never held hearings to consider this firearm seizure language and will likely not before simply bringing AB 291 to the floor for a concurrence vote.  Please contact your Assembly Member and urge them to OPPOSE concurrence for AB 291.
