Stop the ATF's Unconstitutional Trigger Ban!

Dear Fellow Patriot,

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) has gone rogue and is operating outside the rule of law by bypassing Congress to unilaterally expand the definition of “machinegun” by executive fiat.

As you read this, the ATF is targeting American businesses and manufacturers in possession of Rare Breed’s Forced Reset Triggers (FRTs) and dispatching armed confiscation squads.

Fellow Patriot, here in America, we have separation of powers within the Federal Government, and law enforcement agencies do not have the authority to single-handedly pass and enforce unconstutional laws.

It's clear from the ATFs recent open letter to FFLs that the ATF is attempting to expand the definition in a criminal statute by changing the clear and simple language from “single function of the trigger” to “single continuous pull of the trigger”.

The ATF has clearly overstepped its authority, and it is time for Americans to demand these rogue bureaucrats stand down.

Please help us by filling out the fields above, and send a message to your lawmakers as well as the ATF.

Demand they put a stop to these unconstitutional raids
