Please act NOW to ask your legislators to oppose SB46. This bill seeks to: establish a mandatory vaccine registry where your personal information may be shared with third parties without your consent; require pharmacists and nurses to obtain liability insurance for claims related to administration of vaccines (while vaccine manufacturers are shielded from liability; and allow various medical trainees to administer emergency vaccines.
Please tell your legislators not to use public health emergencies to give unnecessarily broad powers to our government. Tell them to OPPOSE SB46.
