Missouri can stop Biden’s attacks with the Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA,) which would nullify federal gun control laws, requiring that Missouri peace officers only enforce laws passed by the Missouri legislature!
And this bill has teeth.
Should a government entity in Missouri ignore SAPA law (think St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson) and order her police department to enforce illegal gun control laws, gun owners could take those agencies to civil court for damages!
The bill has already passed the House but is being held up by moderates in the State Senate, who haven’t passed a gun bill since Obama was in the White House.
