TELL CONGRESS: VOTE NO on Allowing the USPS to Deliver Alcohol

For more than 80 years there has been a very wise public policy of not allowing shipment of alcohol through the United States Postal Service. There is no good reason to change that policy now and good reasons to keep it.

By not allowing the USPS to deliver alcohol, there will be less access for those under 21 that could result in increased harm and costs. In addition, changing the current policy will undermine the important public health and safety protections of the three-tier system of alcohol control. Finally, not allowing the USPS to deliver alcohol will discourage the development of a new "black market" for direct alcohol sales that would result in a loss of important local, state and federal excise tax revenue and threaten the public from potentially dangerous unlicensed alcohol products. @AlcoholJustice

TAKE ACTION: Text JUSTICE to 313131 to tell Congress to VOTE NO on the United States Postal Service Shipping Equity Act.
