Support the "Right to Keep and Bear Arms Act of 2021" TODAY!

With a mountain of anti-gun legislation and numerous gun control advocates being appointed to positions they have no business being in, one can easily start to feel hopeless about the next couple of years.  While FPC is on top of all of those issues, we also want to highlight pro-gun legislation when it is introduced as well.

Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN) has put forward the "Right to Keep and Bear Arms Act of 2021" (S. 1916) as a way to fight back against federal gun control measures that may be attempted during a time of national anguish.  S. 1916 would prohibit the President from using a declaration of emergency to enact gun control measures, in addition to preventing the Secretary of Health and Human Services from exerting executive authority to enact gun control during a national health crisis.   Bureaucrats don't have a right to restrict your rights. To be frank, sometimes they see these emergencies as opportunities to enact measures that they normally wouldn't be able to get away with.

So please, take some time out of your day to show your support for Sen. Braun's "Right to Keep and Bear Arms Act of 2021" by filling out our form to send an email to your specific legislators. There are already over two dozen co-sponsors in the U.S. Senate, so with your help, we may possibly get some traction during a time of unprecedented animosity towards gun rights.  At FPC we will always fight the bad legislation and promote the good.  This one, a unicorn of sorts in today's legislative arena, is a good bill.
