Help Prevent the "Keeping Gun Dealers Honest Act of 2021" From Becoming Law!

U.S. Senator Ed Markey (D-MA) is a serial gun control promoter. His latest bill (Senate Bill 2320), is deceptively entitled the Keeping Gun Dealers Honest Act of 2021.  This bill essentially targets FFLs and holds them responsible for the actions of others. Additionally, SB 2320 states, "The Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives may hire at least 80 additional employees for the purpose of carrying out additional inspections as provided for in the amendments made by this Act."

While this may not impact you directly, the bill aims to make FFLs the target of ATF overreach, something the ATF is quite well-known for.  How are FFLs responsible for the actions that people take following the sale of a firearm? This is a transparent attempt to blame lawful gun dealers for unlawful third-party actions, thus putting them out of business.

To help save FFLs from this burdensome government injection in their way of life, please take action by using our user-friendly tool to write your federal legislators TODAY.  We have already crafted an email for you to send directly to your legislators, and we encourage you to review, edit and personalize prior to sending it.
