LAUSD Proposed Resolution: Would require eligible students to receive the CV Vaccine for entry to school.

AGENDA ITEM 1: (Proposed Resolution Requiring COVID-19 Vaccinations for Eligible Students) Recommends approval of a resolution requiring COVID-19 vacciantions for all students who access in-person instructional programs operated on District facilities, who are 12 years of age and older.

- Children have a 99.9% survival rate of COVID-19
- German study shows no evidence of CV spread in schools
- Continuing to keep children at home and segregating unvaccinated children causes significat harm, especially to vulnerable populations
- Children do not drive transmission of Covid-19
