Approve The "Fact-Finding" Report

Placer County Residents and Business Owners,

As we have continuously stated, “Measure F” was enacted after the VOTERS APPROVED it in 1976.

Measure F” is a major reason why we have one of the best, most professional, and well-rounded sheriff’s office in the country.

Now, the Placer County Board of Supervisors want to repeal “Measure F,” without voter approval.

Saturday, September 4th, 2021, Placer County DSA released a THIRD-PARTY FACT-FINDING report that AGREED with YOUR Placer County Deputies.

This “Fact-Finding” Report was written by a neutral state-appointed arbitration attorney and in-summary found:

  • Measure F’s formula is based on an average of surrounding counties with less robust economies and will not result in unsustainable salary costs.
  • The County failed to establish an economic justification for abandoning Measure F.
  • The County’s legal arguments were not on-point, and did not present a strong case for repealing Measure F.

Enough is Enough…Placer County needs to stop wasting taxpayers’ dollars and listen to the FACTS.

Tuesday, September 14th at 1pm, the Placer County Board of Supervisors will vote to "impose" a contract against your Placer County Deputies that throws 44 year old "Measure F" away.

This is SILENCING THE VOICE OF THE VOTERS, since YOU already voted to keep it... twice.

We urge you to please attend and let your voice be heard!  APPROVE THE "FACT-FINDING REPORT!"

If you cannot make the meeting, please fill out the link and email the Placer County Board of Supervisors to show your support to Keep Placer County Safe!
