Take Action on House Bill 4729 The Safe Gun Storage Public Awareness Campaign

HB 4729 was introduced last week by Rep. Kathleen Willis (D-77) and Maura Hirschauer (D-49). HB 4729, if enacted, would fund a statewide public awareness campaign to promote safe firearm storage and develop a gun lock distribution pilot program through pediatrician offices and other community-based organizations. Funding also would support an evaluation of the campaign. 

Please contact your state representative to ask him or her to cosponsor HB 4729 by February  3.
