S.F. 102 Is An Insult to Gun Owners!
Pro-gun champions in Cheyenne have fought hard to pass the Second Amendment Preservation Act, which would protect Wyomingites from Biden’s gun control agenda by requiring Wyoming cops to exclusively enforce Wyoming law when it comes to firearms.
But the anti-gun RINOs in Cheyenne have blocked this bill (S.F. 87/H.B. 133) so far and are pushing a FAKE SAPA bill that won’t defend our gun rights but will be used as campaign fodder during the 2022 primary and general election cycles!
Fake SAPA legislation (S.F. 102) gutted the provision that lets gun owners take agencies who violate SAPA into court for civil damages. Instead, the county attorney gets to decide whether or not to file criminal charges against the department. We all know that will never happen.
Fake SAPA legislation (S.F. 102) gutted our language that prevents Wyoming cops from being used by the ATF on a federal task force to confiscate our guns. Instead, it specifically allows Biden to use Wyoming cops to enforce his gun control agenda, as long as he pays the bill!
Fake SAPA legislation (S.F. 102) gutted the specific language from S.F. 87/H.B. 133 that spells out what Wyoming cops could and could not do...and replaced it with hopelessly vague language that is wide open for abuse!
Everyone in Cheyenne knows that this is NOT the protection that gun owners need! But that’s the secret: S.F. 102 wasn’t designed to protect gun owners, it was designed to protect RINOs!
