Expand Permitless Carry Rights in Oklahoma!

Oklahoma was a trendsetter with regards to permitless carry.  However, when Oklahoma passed permitless carry legislation in 2019, it did not apply to those aged 18-20 years old.  Senate Bill 1093 aims to fix that oversight. SB 1093 would drop the minimum age of permitless carry from 21 to 18, thus allowing all peaceable adults the opportunity to enjoy permitless carry in the Sooner State.

FPC is asking fellow liberty advocates to reach out to their state legislators and ask them to support Senate Bill 1093.  To do this, use FPC's convenient constituent outreach tool located on this page to directly message your specific state lawmakers. FPC has drafted a sample email that you are encouraged to review, edit, and personalize prior to sending it off to your legislators' inboxes. Thanks in advance for advocating for maximal liberty in Oklahoma!
