Red Flag gun confiscation laws totally destroy due process for gun owners because they give liberal judges the green light to confiscate a citizen’s firearms based on zero evidence and without a citizen ever being charged, tried or convicted of a crime.
Chuck Schumer and the DC swamp are working hard to pass a funding bill that covers the cost of creating and implementing a Red Flag Gun Confiscation Law for every state in America that passes it - essentially federalizing each state’s gun laws in the process.
