Email to Stop Unethical, Taxpayer Funded Research Using Aborted Babies
In Spring 2021, the Center for Medical Progress released a video explaining disturbing details about government sponsored, taxpayer funded “research” using the remains of aborted infants harvested by Planned Parenthood in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Since then, the University of Pittsburgh has made excuses for their research and has expressed that they have no plans to stop.
Pennsylvania legislators have had several opportunities to defund the University of Pittsburgh but some legislators have failed to vote correctly—making excuses for their inaction.
We’ve heard from our students and supporters that they’re barely able to watch the first minute of this video without feeling completely sick to their stomach, outraged, and extremely sad that anyone could be so evil.
This investigation found that the University of Pittsburgh participates in grotesque Frankenstein-like research, purchasing infant body parts from abortionists. In doing so, the University of Pittsburgh provides additional income for the abortion vendor through their gruesome side business of cutting up and selling the babies they abort.
Zero taxpayer dollars should go to University of Pittsburgh as long as they continue their horrific “research”. Please take a moment to contact your legislators today!
Utilizing fetal tissue for research is a morally and ethically problematic practice that taxpayers should NOT be forced to fund. Additionally, using aborted fetal tissue and cells is unnecessary and largely ineffective due to the development of ethical methods that yield better results through recent scientific advances.
