Smoke Out Convention of States and Demand Action

Washington is out of control. Congress will not and cannot fix itself. The Constitution gives South Dakota state legislators power to act, yet they have not. Watertown leadership in Pierre are refusing to let HJR 5005 move forward out of committee. 

You are critical to this process. The House of Representatives can forcefully SMOKE OUT HJR 5005 from the leadership "kill committee" and move it to the full chamber for a debate and vote, but only if YOUR State Representative gets behind the effort.
