The Premium Cigar Association is working to advance and enact a tax cap on premium cigars in Wyoming. Due to the efforts of the Joint Revenue Committee, language was included in a recent tax package (SF42) calling for a $0.30 cents tax cap on cigars.
On January 12th, the Wyoming Senate Revenue Committee advanced the $0.30 tax cap on premium cigars, on a vote of 5 to 0.
