The ATF ("Always Think Forfeiture") and the Biden Administration are again knowingly and intentionally acting to violate the prohibition contained in the Second Amendment and to engage is acts that constitute a clear and present danger to the foundation principles of this Constitutional Republic.

Only Congress has the authority, subject to the constitutional limits on its authority, to make law.  The job of the administration, including the ATF, is to enforce those laws duly enacted by Congress within the scope of its constitutional authority.   It is critical to understand that Congress has no inherent or broad spectrum of authority. Despite what many may say and believe, Congress has intentionally limited and narrow powers.

Congress can and must act to stop the ATF and Biden from making their own laws and enacting by regulation definitions to words that Congress never adopted nor intended.

Congress can enact laws to restrict the ATF and the administration, and it must.

Congress can conduct congressional hearings on ATF and admnistration abuses, like it did prior to the enactment of the Firearms Owners Protection Act, and it must.

Congress, particularly the Republican controlled House, can use the power of appropriations to prohibit ATF and the administration from enacting or enforcing rules like the pistol brace, the reset trigger, or even the bump stock rulings. And, it must.

ATF and the Biden administration are engaged in unconstitutional if not outright tyrannical acts of oppression against Americans and it must stop.
