Make North Dakota a permitless carry state for all!
North Dakota is looking to extend its permitless carry provision to non-residents with HB 1339, introduced by Representative Ben Koppelman.
This would be a big win for people traveling through or residing temporarily in the state, so it deserves our utmost support!
The passage of permitless carry in 2017 was a major win for North Dakota, but it was lacking support for non-residents or visitors to the state.
HB 1339 would fix this issue, and allow non-residents to carry in the same locations as residents, as well as apply for a non-resident permit.
