Demand your Representative oppose the Republican firearm registry bill!

A Republican-sponsored firearm registry bill has been introduced in the House, marking another push for gun control by both major parties.

H.R. 715, introduced by Republican Representative Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania, would require a background check for every firearm sale.

Currently, the bill has 180 co-sponsors and is being referred to the House Committee on the Judiciary.

Universal Background Check systems are not only incredibly faulty, but would necessitate the storing of all firearm transactions to function, creating a de-facto registry without its explicit creation.

This is the first step towards confiscation, the goal of many of these anti-freedom tyrants.

Use the Firearms Policy Coalition Constituent Outreach Tool and tell your representative to reject this bill and all of the anti-firearm bills this session.
