Stop the Firearms and Magazines Ban for 18-20 year old Citizens!

Tell the legislators that you’re opposed to the bill and ask them to protect citizens’ rights and their personal property by voting NO on SB 116: 21-Year-Olds to Purchase or Possess Firearms.

Senate Bill 116 will criminalize the purchase, possession, and transfer of semiautomatic firearms and standard-capacity firearm magazines that hold more the ten rounds of ammunition. The penalty is a misdemeanor which provides for 12 months in jail and $1,000 in fines. Anyone under 21 who currently owns one would have to give it up by June 16th of this year if it passes.

We can stop this bill before it becomes law, but we need every New Mexican who values the Second Amendment to speak out. Fill out the form provided to tell lawmakers to stop this SB 116.
