The Oklahoma legislature needs to hear from YOU on SB 887 – “Medical Ethics Defense Act"
Convention of States Oklahoma strongly supports the Medical Ethics Defense Act which protects the discretionary power of our ethical medical professionals. No medical practitioner or medical entity should be forced to participate in providing a procedure or medication to which he, she, or it has an objection of conscience.
We need SB 887 to get passed through the Health and Human Services Committee by THURSDAY, MARCH 2. We are asking YOU to contact these committee members and ask them to support Oklahoma's SB 887. Your voice needs to be heard on such an important matter!
