The Oregon legislature is considering a law to ban the sale of all flavored tobacco products and devices. Considering that shisha, the product used in hookah, is by its very nature is flavored, this ordinance would result in an all-out ban on all hookah in the entire state.
The flavored tobacco ban ordinance would force all tobacco retailers to stop selling shisha tobacco, not allow anyone in the state to purchase shisha for at-home use, and close all hookah lounges in the city.
We need your help immediatly to send a message to all members of the legislature asking for an amendment to not include hookah in the bill's language.
