The Left can’t stand the fact that Donald Trump won the 2016 election and served as a popular Republican president for four years, taking steps to “Make America Great Again.”
The Left has been trying desperately to destroy Trump ever since he was a first-time candidate in 2015. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg did his part by indicting Trump early in 2023 on a bogus charge, and the trial in that case is scheduled for March 2024. Bragg built his case on a flimsy legal theory that many legal experts say is unlikely to hold up in court.
This is just one more attempt by the Left to ruin Donald Trump by putting him behind bars. They don’t care that they don’t have a solid case against him; their Trump Derangement Syndrome is so strong that they will do whatever they think is necessary to remove President Trump from the political arena and silence him forever.
Alvin Bragg’s involvement in the Trump witch hunt is especially egregious because he has a track record of letting violent street criminals in New York City walk free. The once great Big Apple has become a dangerous, crime-infested mess on his watch, yet he apparently thinks it’s more important to go after President Trump for a minor procedural crime.
