Tell Rio Rancho City Councilors and Mayor Hull having events promoting drag queens, drugs, lewdness, and other vulgar behaviors at a City-Owned Building is Unacceptable!
On July 13, the Rio Rancho Event Center hosted an event called RuPaul’s Drag Race Werq the World. This event was being promoted for all ages! RuPaul stated in an interview in 2017, “We are God in drag. That’s our role is to remind people of that.” This event was pornographic and harmful to children, youth, and our city!
On July 30th it hosted Southern Smoke, and on September 30 it is hosting the Cannabis Cup Awards. These events were all promoted for all ages. Just looking at the pictures of these events shows they are promoting harmful behaviors in the presence of children and youth.
The Rio Rancho Event Center is owned by the City of Rio Rancho. These events are anything but family-friendly! They are not appropriate for children or youth. They are NOT events promoting the values and behaviors we want in our city! Voice your concerns to the Rio Rancho City Councilors and Mayor Greg Hull that these events should have NEVER been allowed to use a city-owned building to indoctrinate, groom, and sexualize children, promote drugs, and encourage harmful behaviors in Rio Rancho.
Tell our city officials we do not want these harmful events in Rio Rancho!
