The United States of America’s sovereignty and my Right of Informed Consent are under direct attack through our continued membership in the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations (UN). Your prompt action supporting HR 79 to withdraw from these organizations and halt this process is of vital importance.
This threat is a documented reality, not a conspiracy theory:
Proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR), secretly negotiated by WHO, are specifically designed to override national sovereignty and explicitly remove “respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms” from the IHR.

2) WHO’s International Health Regulations Review Committee (IHRRC) Final Report confirms this threat:
“The proposed amendment to include a reference to temporary and standing recommendations seems to make application of these recommendations obligatory.” (p. 67)
“This Committee is concerned that these proposals may unduly impinge on the sovereignty of States Parties and give binding effects to what are supposed to be recommendations.” (p. 68)
“The obligations set out in paragraph 1 of this proposed new Annex appear to be absolute and unconditional.” (p. 89)
“The proposed amendments to these definitions could be understood as aiming to change the nature of these recommendations from non-binding to binding, and giving a binding effect to WHO recommendations and requests as proposed in other articles.” (p. 26)
“This proposal also renders mandatory the temporary and standing recommendations addressed under Articles 15 and 16.” (p. 55)
3) The 75th World Health Assembly (2022) adopted amendments to 5 articles of the IHR dramatically reducing the time member nations have to reject future amendments. Contrary to popular belief, no signature from the President or approval by the Senate is required to incorporate these amendments into international law making them legally binding upon all member nations. Legal loopholes diminishing our national sovereignty have been exploited by WHO before. They’re doing it again - on steroids!

4) The proposed amendments and the subsequent “pandemic treaty” are intended to be “legally-binding” on member nations, making withdrawal from WHO and the UN essential if we are to preserve USA and personal sovereignty.
