Tell the American Medical Association to continue opposing assisted suicide!

Up until now, the American Medical Association (AMA) has been formally opposed to assisted suicide. But now, during an upcoming gathering on Saturday, November 11th, their leadership may vote to remove that opposition.

Students for Life of America is mobilizing Americans to contact the voting members to oppose changes to the AMA's current position on assisted suicide.

Currently, the AMA's Code of Medical Ethics reads, "Physician-assisted suicide is fundamentally incompatible with the physician’s role as healer, would be difficult or impossible to control, and would pose serious societal risks.”

This statement is factually and ethically correct, needing no revision.

Healthcare should save lives, not end them.

Please take just 30 seconds to email the voting members of the AMA that they should keep their position opposing assisted suicide.
