Pennsylvanians are taking action to end the dominance of big money and it's paying off!

UPDATE: H.R. 317 passed the PA House Committee with a strong bipartisan vote! This is due in large part to every PA Citizen who took action to urge support for H.R. 317 in Committee. This is a victory for the people because your action made a difference! This is exciting news, and we thank you for your effort, but we're not done - now H.R. 317 still needs to be scheduled for a House floor vote. We also need S.R. 212 to pass the Senate Committee. 

KEEP IT GOING! TELL YOUR PENNYSLVANIA STATE LEGISLATORS TO FINISH THE JOB 

Passing state legislation takes several steps and it's going to take some effort from all of us to keep the pressure up every step of the way. If you've already sent your legislators an email, we urge you to send them another one - letting them know you're excited that HR 317 passed committee, and that you now would like them to make sure it gets a floor vote in THIS legislative session. 

Pennsylvanians are tired of the influence money has on our campaigns and elections. Elite out-of-state donors and special interests are taking away our voices. Pennsylvania leads the nation in political spending - and that’s not something for us to be proud of. With H.R. 317 and S.R. 212, we can send a clear message that Pennsylvania wants to allow Congress and States to set reasonable limits on campaign spending.
