The NM House killed the horrible tax SB 3 Paid Family Medical Leave Act (PFMLA)! Tell them how much we appreciate their action to protect us!
PFMLA would be a TAX to force employees and employers to pay out of pocket into a fund managed by the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions - the same agency that overpaid an estimated 250 million in unemployment benefits during 2020-21.
