Shame on the Legislature for passing MORE TAX BILLS through the House and Senate when we had a huge budget surplus! HB 41 and HB 252 are just more ways to take money from hardworking New Mexicans. HB 41 will force New Mexico motorists to pay $.50 - $.80 per/gal MORE for gasoline and would also increase electricity rates. HB 252 increases corporate and capital gains taxes.
