ALERT: GIRLS FEEL UNSAFE AT BOISE MIDDLE SCHOOL
School officials at Fairmont Jr. High in Boise are allowing a gender-confused biological boy to play on the girls’ volleyball team.
Not only did the boy change in the girls’ locker room, but he also participated in practices while wearing a sports bra and spandex. Although the boy is no longer playing on the girls’ volleyball team, he is still using girls’ bathrooms in accordance with Boise School District policy.
Under federal and state law, schools can (and should!) maintain separate sex-specific bathrooms and locker rooms.
It’s time to stand up for children. Send your message to the members of the Boise School Board and demand they change their policies to protect the privacy and safety of all students — especially vulnerable girls.
