For all Minnesotans, local community pharmacy care is a critical entry point to many health and medications services, and for some it is life-saving. We know that when we can easily access care, it encourages better health outcomes and medication adherence.
However, pharmacies are closing at an alarming rate across our state, and pharmacists may also lose some authority to provide critical vaccination and testing services at the end of this year*. That is why legislative action now is so important.
