Tell Georgia State Election Board Members to Take Action on Case 2018-014

Our State Election Board (SEB) meeting on Monday, November 18, 2024 includes hearing a 2,000+ day old case.

In the Board’s publicly stated interest to hear all sides, we urge them to hear from the actual injured party in the case, former State Representative Dan Gasaway.

Gasaway was victimized during two consecutive elections by not only illegal voting, but having his name improperly left off ballots and district line tampering as identified by a Fox 5 Atlanta News I-Team investigation

The Secretary of State’s Election Division has failed to investigate and determine the root cause of some of these real issues and has instead only focused on individual voters who voted out of district.

The grave evidence of malfeasance Mr. Gasaway presented to the board needs an independent inquiry by investigators who report directly to the SEB.

Georgians deserve honest elections and the Board must ensure the fairness and integrity of Georgia’s elections. Gasaway’s case exposes serious issues that the Elections Division is willing to address.

The SEB members need to hear from you! Please take part in our campaign to contact them prior to 5:00 pm on Sunday, November 17, 2024.
