What it TAKES TO STOP ROUNDUPS is a congressperson willing to put an amendment on the appropriations legislation. Regardless whether the bill brought forward is S. 4802 or H.R. 4821 or ANY OTHER funding act for the Department of the Interior for 2025, it must carry the language:
"None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Bureau of Land Management to procure forage on the commercial market for animals removed from public lands.”
