The Maryland House Rules and Executive Nominations Committee is considering House Joint Resolution #4, which declares pornography a public health crisis.
So far 12 other states have formally recognized the public health harms of pornography, to one extent or another. It's time for Maryland to join in, and help educate its citizens on the harms of pornography.
