Joe Biden and the radical left are coming after our gun rights with everything they have in 2021, with legislation like H.R. 127 which would ban, confiscate, and tax our gun rights into extinction!
That’s why the Missouri House just passed H.B. 85, the Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA,) which would nullify federal gun control laws by requiring that Missouri peace officers only enforce Missouri laws when it comes to firearms and ammunition!
Now it’s time that the Missouri Senate do the same thing, so that we can get this bill onto Governor Parson’s desk.
But a growing number of anti-gun moderate Republicans in the Senate are threatening to join to radical left to shut this bill down.
