The Missouri Firearms Coalition is pushing as hard as we can to advance House Bill 1637 in Jefferson City, but we need your help!
Known as the Second Amendment Preservation Act, House Bill 1637 would nullify future federal gun control laws that violate the Second Amendment and require the Missouri peace officers only enforce Missouri’s gun laws. And, should a government agent violate this law, SAPA legislation would allow gun owners to take these officials to civil court!
This bill has an incredible 83 combined cosponsors, but moderates in Jeff City are trying to hold this bill back in committee!
