By illegally shutting down the Ohio Primaries via proxy (Obama organizer and public health director Amy Acton), by ruling through fear and executive orders and subverting our elected legislature, Governor DeWine is declaring that government can and will rule through executive fiat rather than a system of laws, checks and balances!
