Help the most vulnerable during COVID-19

UPDATE: Thank you for wanting to take action, but this form is no longer running, Please go to worldvisionadvocacy.org/issues for other ways you can take action!

World Vision has been responding to COVID-19 since early cases of the virus, reaching communities in the U.S. and abroad. As a humanitarian organization motivated by our faith in Christ to help the most vulnerable around the world, World Vision knows how devastating this pandemic will be for families and children in extreme poverty.

As hard as this pandemic has been on the United States, it is having an even more profound impact on countries with more limited resources. As Christians, we seek justice for those in extreme poverty, especially children.

NOW is the time to demonstrate America’s generosity and leadership and show God’s love to those most in need – no matter where they live.

We applaud Congress for including some funding for the international response to COVID-19 in pandemic response legislation so far! But more will be needed to truly care for the children in countries with fragile health systems, food insecurity, and a lack of access to education. We must focus efforts on vulnerable populations in order to defend against a resurgence. Our efforts to defeat the virus abroad will save lives both in developing countries and right here at home.

Additional funding is needed to support operations of the State Department, USAID, and implementing partners (like World Vision!) on the frontlines of the United States' COVID-19 response around the world. Join us in asking Congress to fund a strong international response in the next legislative package to respond to COVID-19.
