PETITION TO PROTECT CHILDREN FROM QUARANTINE CENTERS AND SEPARATION OF FAMILIES
In light of recent health orders by counties in CALIFORNIA stating, “we’re not going to be able to keep the person in that home”, job posting in WASHINGTON referencing "quarantine centers for kids," Department of Health legal documents for noncompliance including “Court Order for Involuntary Isolation or Quarantine” and "other residential type setting," State Representative of WA, alerting citizens of not voluntary “isolation camps," OREGON salon owner having CPS at her door after opening her salon before stay-at-home orders lifted, IDAHO Governor suspending parental rights, and Dr. Michael Ryan from the World Health Organization stating “Ideally, that quarantine should occur in a place other than the home.”
We the people, as Americans, across all the states, call upon our Governors, and to protect our children now. This petition is to prevent and stop quarantine centers from separating families across the country, in all 50 states. “As California goes, so goes the Nation.” At a time when millions of Americans are scared and already filled with uncertainty, we call upon ALL our Governors to write an Executive Order:
- To protect all children from being removed from their home
- To protect all parents from being removed from their children
- To remove ANY penalty of fines, imprisonment, law enforcement action, or court order upon parents or children who do not consent to be quarantined and isolated OR to be forced into quarantine and isolation.
- To protect children from being placed in foster care during “involuntary isolation” of parent.
- This includes removing the penalty of fines, court order, or imprisonment if there is only one family bathroom and multiple family members in the home.
- This includes stating that child protective services will not be involved with parents who opt out of contact tracing and do not consent to health department’s attempt to enforcement of quarantine and isolation.
- This includes stating the children will not be removed from homes for business owners who go back to work, to provide food and shelter for their children, in spite of stay at home orders.
- This includes an executive order protecting families from being separated based on the suspicion or accusation of spreading COVID 19.
- This includes dismantling and lessening the authority and control of the state and county health departments to not be able to court order the separation of families.
- To restore the fundamental due processes to protect families from separation, against unreasonable search and seizures, including persons. (4th Amendment)
If Governors across the country, in all States, do not write an Executive Order preventing the separation of families from: “involuntary” testing, tracking, isolation, and detention; they will be on the wrong side of history.
There is no justification or reason we will accept the governmental separation of families, against the will of parents, due to any illness, suspected illness, or test results. You cannot and will not remove our children. Do not separate our families. We do not consent to be tracked, traced, fined, and court ordered into “other residential facilities.” The gathering of these signatures will protect children and keep them at home.
This is why ALL Governors must write a protective Executive Order that ensures the protection of our families in all states of America.
