APFA Members - Tell Congress to Reauthorize the Health Coverage Tax Credit (HCTC)

The Health Coverage Tax Credit (HCTC) provides refundable tax credits to cover a large portion of the cost of health insurance premiums for certain retirees whose pensions have been taken over by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC). The HCTC expired on 12/31/21 but we have an opportunity to reauthorize again this year. Please ask your House Representative to co-sponsor these bills (H.R. 2914 and H.R. 3912)! Please ask your Senators to introduce a companion bill!
