Board of Supervisors meeting 04.15.21 - Cavalier Solar LLC Public Hearing Comment

New jobs and nearly $24 million in new funding for county services like firefighters and law enforcement are just two examples of how Surry and Isle of Wight counties and their residents will benefit from the Cavalier Solar Project. Residents of the county are supporting the project for some many different reasons, the prospect of keeping taxes low, local economic growth, jobs, and reliable renewable energy. Right now, the Board of Supervisors in Surry and Isle of Wight are considering the project’s approval and will hold a vote soon.

The Supervisors need to hear from key constituents like YOU before they vote.
