Water Bill Now Goes to Conference - Contact Your House Representative: Sign the Letter Supporting Lock Construction!

The Water Resources Development Act - "WRDA" passed the House of Representatives last week - but without an important provision - Sec. 103 - that was in the Senate version. Now WRDA moves on to conference committee to negotiate the final bill.

A letter in support of Sec. 103 is going around the House of Representatives. It needs House support to get into the final WRDA version.

TELL YOUR HOUSE REPRESENTATIVE: SIGN ONTO THE "DEAR COLLEAGUE" LETTER SUPPORTING SEC. 103 - BEFORE JUNE 22!

Please send this pre-written email (you can also edit it) - you'll then have an option to share on social media, call your Rep's office, or send a video to your Rep - all from your smartphone or computer.

We've made it a simple process and provided scripts for all options, but feel free to personalize your request.

Tell your Rep to sign onto the Garcia-Davis WRDA Sec. 103 letter, led by Rep. Chuy Garcia and Rep. Rodney Davis, requesting this important provision for lock construction be included in the conference report.

Sec. 103 will create more jobs, expedite completion of lock construction, and ensure we can continue to improve our Nation's lock and dam infrastructure.

Thank you for your advocacy and being a voice for river transportation!
