Joe Biden and the radical left are coming after our gun rights with everything they have in 2021, with legislation like H.R. 127 which would ban, confiscate, and tax our gun rights into extinction!
That’s why Pennsylvania needs the Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA)!
SAPA legislation would nullify federal gun control laws by requiring that Pennsylvania peace officers only enforce Pennsylvania laws when it comes to firearms and ammunition and prohibit state and local law enforcement agencies from accepting federal funding that is contingent upon enforcing unconstitutional federal mandates!
Now it’s time that Pennsylvania politicians in Harrisburg do their job, so that we can get this bill passed.
But we hear rumors that a growing number of anti-gun moderate Republicans in the House are threatening to join the radical left to shut this bill down before it even gets off the ground.
Don’t let them get away with it!
