Please Urge Your Member of Congress to Express Their Strong Opposition to President Biden’s Six Executive Actions that Harm Millions of Law Abiding American’s and the 2nd Amendment as well as his ideologically driven nominee, David Chipman:
On April 8th, 2021, the Biden Administration announced a half a dozen executive actions designed to impact everything from homemade firearms, expanding so called red flag laws, to targeting stabilizing braces under the guise of curbing gun violence.
We know this Administration’s real objective is to infringe on your 2nd Amendment rights through any means possible.
With these reckless executive actions, President Biden has sidestepped the very legislative safeguards envisioned by our founding fathers to protect the American people from tyranny at the hands of unilateral rule by an executive branch government.
In addition, David Chipman’s widely reported and extreme views on firearms and the 2nd Amendment immediately disqualify him to serve in any regulatory capacity at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
Mr. Chipman holds a partisan view on the 2nd Amendment, and his nomination should be withdrawn and replaced with a more serious ATF nominee, one that comprehends and appreciates the right of the people to bear arms under the U.S. Constitution.
