Payment for Pharmacists' Services

On Monday, April 26th, 2021 the Pharmacy and Medically Underserved Areas Enhancement Act (S. 1362) was introduced in the U.S. Senate.

This is a big step forward in advancing pharmacy practice, but we need your help to keep the momentum going. Become an effective advocate for the pharmacy profession today and help APhA educate policymakers about the important patient care services you provide. As we know, it’s far more than dispensing pills.

Use our pre-written, editable advocacy alert to ask your U.S. Representative and Senators to co-sponsor the bill or thank them if they have already signed on to the legislation. The form will automatically populate with the correct “please support” or “thank you” text based on your address.

Many thanks for your engagement in our advocacy efforts. Your participation helps advance pharmacy for the betterment of the profession, your patients, and your communities.
