Help Bring Constitutional Carry to Florida!

Florida State Representative Anthony Sabitini (R-32) has once again introduced constitutional carry legislation for consideration. Pre-filed for the 2022 legislative session House Bill 103 aims to make Florida the latest addition to the growing list of constitutional carry states.  Adding to the excitement around this bill is the fact that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has indicated that he would sign the bill into law should the legislation pass both chambers of the state's legislative body.  Additionally,  Florida Senate Majority Leader Debbie Mayfield has publicly supported the idea of passing this long past due legislation.

To help encourage the passage of this legislation we are asking you to reach out to your elected officials and encourage them to support HB 103 and all other bills that advocate for the promotion of individual rights.  To take action in support of this legislation, simply use FPC's convenient constituent outreach tool, located on this page, to reach out directly to your state representative and senator. Since this is a pre-filed bill, we will hold all of the emails until the bill is actively under consideration in the upcoming 2022 legislative session. We will then release all of the responses to make the maximum impact on this crucial bill at just the right time.  FPC has drafted a sample email for you to review, edit, and personalize prior to sending the message off.  With your help, we can make constitutional carry a reality in the Sunshine State!
