Ohio can become the 22nd Constitutional Carry state, but SB215 needs to get out of the House Government Oversight committee and put on the House floor for a vote first.
The Committee and the entire House have already voted on Constitiutional Carry once before, so this is a no brainer!
Right now, Constitutional Carry legislation (SB215) is in committee awaiting a vote, but we are hearing that the politicians are planning to water the bill down with amendments before the vote. Unacceptable!
So please send your PRE-WRITTEN email to the Government Oversight Committee IMMEDIATELY demanding that they support and call for a vote on SB215 AS IS!
