Support SB1344 to protect Arizonans from Social Media Censorship

Citizens of Arizona are sick and tired of social media giants like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram abusing users with arbitrary, self-serving rules to shadow-ban, strike down posts or de-platform users with no explanation or recourse.

This type of arbitrary censorship is a direct assault on Free Speech and the First Amendment and must not be allowed to continue.

Further, the Arizona State Constitution states in Section 6, "Every person may freely speak, write, and publish on all subjects, being responsible for the abuse of that right."

Finally, a member of the AZ senate has introduced legislation (SB1344) that protects us and allows us to seek damages when violations occur.

SB1344 also authorizes the office of the Attorney General to take action if it sees fit to do so.

This Campaign will send your personal email to all members of the Senate Rules Committee, urging them to take quick action to advance SB1344 to a vote by the full Senate.

This is a major step to let Arizona citizens fight back and protect themselves from discriminatory practices.
