Thanks to the massive grassroots pressure of the members and supporters of Georgia Gun Owners, Constitutional Carry has passed both chambers of the Georgia legislature!
But because the Senate bill (SB-319) and the House bill (HB-1358) are slightly different in wording, one or the other chambers must have a ‘concurrence’ vote to allow the other’s bill to go to Brian Kemp’s desk for signature.
Now is when we must pour on EVERYTHING, because if we don’t, we could very well see Constitutional Carry stall out. You see, both chambers have technically passed Constitutional Carry, but if the House doesn’t vote to concur to the Senate’s version, it can’t be sent to Brian Kemp’s desk to sign it!
RINO hacks are already starting to brag in their re-election ads that they “passed” Constitutional Carry, when really, they only voted once on the floor to pass it out of their chamber for the first time. If they don’t vote again, Constitutional Carry will never get signed into law!
